Christopher Lynch

Lynch’s photographic forays had led him everywhere from the Vatican photo archives of an international news service to the green rooms of REM and The Grateful Dead. After graduating he was recruited by ad giant Young & Rubicam to develop one of the first high-end digital photo studios. This led to projects with AT&T, The Bronx Zoo, Citibank, Sony, and Xerox, where he quickly developed a reputation for his rare blend of playfulness and passion.

David Goldman

I’m an old school photographer; I started out sweeping the studio floor then graduated to printing in the darkroom. I assisted some of the best photographers around. The most important lesson I learned though was that it’s a tremendous honor when someone allows me to photograph him or her. It means a great deal to me. Photography has been the key to helping me learn about people and has allowed me to get close when it should have been impossible.I use photography to get close to things that are important to me like human rights, marginalized people and maternal health. Sharing these stories to help make even the smallest difference is why I put my feet on the ground in the morning and why I strive to make a human connection with the individuals that trust me to tell their stories. My early professional years were spent in LA shooting celebrities and rock stars, it was a great experience and has given me a unique perspective on life, it has also helped to create my visual aesthetic both technically and creatively which informs how I approach projects to this day.

James M. Cole II

I’ve always been mesmerized by photography. Self-taught, I initially began dabbling in photography purely as a hobby and on family vacations. But after a while it became more than just a hobby. Traveling regularly through Europe and Asia I began to fall in love with the beautiful architectural masterpieces and the dramatic landscapes that I would encounter - and it was then that I began to explore photography more seriously - as I fell in love with what I saw through my lens. It was also then that I began to experiment with new ways of shooting and representing my work. I discovered that I desired to photograph these beautiful places in a more artistic and stylized way.. Photo-art, as I like to call it.
